EROTIC RITUAL
Go deep with erotic ritual and sex magic.
I work hands on with sexuality, bodies, and trauma, and I’ve been training and practicing as a ritualist since childhood. I’m aware that this puts me in a special category as a practitioner.
IN MY OWN HEALING JOURNEY,
I’ve received tremendous benefit both from healing modalities firmly located within Western biomedicine, and from practices located beyond the limits of what biomedicine can imagine. Ritual experiences that have changed my life for the better have included traditional ritual healing modalities both from my own Sakha culture and from other indigenous cultures. They have included new and/or reclaimed practices found within contemporary movements such as the Radical Faeries and psychedelic therapy.

“I’ve found that there can be a limit to the healing that can be accessed by using language and the mind to talk about our challenges – sometimes we benefit by incorporating a fuller and deeper self – and this may involve engaging the body, the spirit, and sometimes the erotic lifeforce in service of healing, growth, and transformation.”
— Laura Perlin
I offer my interlocking capacities as a therapeutic sexuality worker and a ritualist to you in this capacity. Let’s explore whether we’re a good fit.
I’ve intentionally kept this description broad and non-specific. This work is highly individualized. Let’s explore co-creating an experience that will be beneficial for you.
RITUAL FAQs
-
Working ritually could mean creating a mindful and sacred container for our time together. It could mean accessing a wider and/or deeper experience of self. It could mean connecting with ancestors, guides, deities, spirits, or forces of nature. It might include altered states of consciousness, such as trance, meditation, divination, and visioning. It could include working magic, engaging in spellwork, practices of manifestation, divination, or visioning. It might include inspired song, movement, music, or writing.
You may be part of an established lineage or tradition, or not. You might have done this before, or not. Other participants and practitioners might be involved.
-
I am available to provide witnessing, touch, guidance, notetaking, encouragement, and/or facilitation for your ritual process. This could include ritual design, support with ritual safety, support in creating and holding the ritual container, and/or speaking/moving/touching with you as you’re in the ritual space. I also offer aftercare and integration in the days after a ritual or magical experience.

Ritual may be helpful if you are:
Using the creative power of the erotic to manifest, envision, energize, and sustain growth, healing and change
Using nudity, touch, or erotic energy as a ritual tool
Engaging in touch, or exploring issues of sexuality
Asking important questions to the larger self or to ancestors, guides, or spirits
Working through blockages or problems related to the body, sexuality, gender, relationships, or intimacy
Using the erotic as an access point for universal consciousness
Receiving a broader perspective on major life transitions and crossroads navigation

Typically clients for erotic ritual work have previous experience with ritual and altered/expanded states of consciousness.
You might identify as a witch, bruja/e/o, curandera/e/o, mystic, ritualist, psychonaut, spiritual seeker, or as a person rooted in indigenous traditions. Or perhaps not!
This work is not appropriate for individuals in active crisis.
-
This work is completely bespoke, so the configuration of who is present depends on your unique situation.
If we don’t have a pre-existing relationship and you’d like to work with big issues in a deep way, we would mostly likely collaborate with a second practitioner. Relational approaches to sexual healing generally benefit from a multi-practitioner approach, as does work with entheogenic substances and deeply altered states of consciousness.
I’m open to working with couples and groups. I’m open to collaborating with a wide variety of practitioners, including therapists, traditional healers, and psychedelic practitioners.
-
My fee is $280 USD per hour. I’m open to expansive and curiosity-driven explorations around budget.
-
Most of my ritual work does not incorporate entheogens or mind-altering substances.
If you have an established practice around using medicines for ritual work, I am open to including that in our work together. I am open to collaborating with practitioners who serve medicine in traditional contexts or who are psychedelic/entheogenic practitioners.
Some of my clients are themselves psychedelic practitioners and/or medicine workers who are seeking someone who can hold their exploration of their erotic self as they engage with medicine ritually.
-
I do not source or administer any entheogens, ritual medicines, or controlled substances.
-
As we explore whether working together is a good fit, I’ll be interested to know:
your intention for ritual work
your background as pertains to ritual
who are the other practitioner(s) who will be supporting this work
whether there are teachers or lineages with which you’re working
whether we have shared community connections
This work is for individuals with significant stability and support in their lives. It is not appropriate for individuals in active crisis.

I invite you to reach out here. I am particularly interested in knowing your intention for this work, your ritual background, who are the other practitioner(s) who will be supporting this work, and whether there are teachers or lineages with which you’re working. I’m also curious whether we have shared community connections.
